How your details are handled

I collect your name, email and birth details, including date, time and place, plus whatever you chose to tell me about your situation. Nothing else.

I need the birth details for one reason: a chart is calculated from an exact moment and an exact location. Without them, you'd get a generic sun-sign horoscope instead of your chart.

What you wrote about your life is used only to prepare your personalized interpretation. It is never sold, never passed on, never published, and never used for advertising. Ask me to delete your details at any time and I will.

Your birth details and responses are used to generate your personalized insight. During this private beta, we also store your responses and feedback to improve Your Inner Meridian. We do not sell your personal information. You can ask us to delete your beta data at any time.

This is a framework for reflection, pattern recognition and deeper self-understanding. It is a way of looking at yourself with better language and a longer view. It is not fortune-telling, and nothing here is a substitute for medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice. The decisions stay yours.

You can cancel or reschedule a private session up to 24 hours before it begins. If plans change later, one reschedule is available. A missed session or a further late change is non-refundable.

If your personalized PDF cannot be delivered after a retry, you receive a full refund. After successful delivery it is non-refundable, unless the file is damaged or unreadable; in that case I will replace it or refund it.
